Scope of Work

10,000 Square Foot heavy timber roof structure with a 2,700 Square foot roof deck. The proposed project is a 4-story 1-level of underground parking, mixed-use building. The ground level accommodates a retail/restaurant and creative office space. The roof deck is accessible to the tenants. Parking capacity is designed to accommodate a maximum of a 2,273 square footage restaurant and 21,282 square footage creative office without off-site parking. The building will be provided as shell spaces with enough bathrooms for creative offices. A plumbing stub-out will be provided to increase the bathroom capacity to accommodate a restaurant.
